☆ I, the artist, hold every right to accept or deny your commission/request/art trade for any reason.☆ A digital reference of the character is required to order artwork from me and I will request to see the character up front. I do not go off of traditional references, a text description alone, or half of an image.☆ All commissioned artwork is for personal and privatized use.
Unauthorized commercial use or profit is not allowed. Commercial use can be bought for an additional fee.☆ Any artwork by myself is not permitted to be used in blockchains or blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrencies, and all future innovations in the space.☆ I maintain all distribution rights and credential rights over my work; this includes publishing works on social media platforms and within portfolios. Conference is required for further discussion if you'd like your commissions to remain out of portfolios.☆ The commissioner and other parties are prohibited from tracing, copying, editing, or tampering/altering the watermark or artwork in any shape or form. If you desire edits, leave an inquiry with me.☆ The commissioner may upload their commissions to personal character hosting sites such as toyhou.se or refsheet as long as credit is present.☆ The commissioner is free to use commissioned artwork as icons, page badges, or page decorations as long as they do not generate profit on sites such as Twitch or Youtube, and that credit or a link back to one of my socials is present.

A breach of Terms of Service will result in a blacklist and block from obtaining my designs, commissions, and other services.
Refunds and Transactions:

Payments must be completed upfront via PayPal invoice.
No work will be started or completed if payment is withheld. If three reminders result in no co-operation or communication on the commissioner's end, they will be blacklisted from future services.Full refunds will only be issued in terms of cancellation by artist or cancellation before artwork is lined. Once the artwork is fully lined it is non-refundable.
Will Not Draw:

☆ Real people such as celebrities, musicians, historical figures, content creators, etc. The only exception is if the person I am being commissioned to draw is you for your own content.☆ Explicit Sex: Characters engaging in blatant sexual activity with others and/or toys, objects, etc. Artistic nudity is 100% okay.☆ Religious and Political Activism/Propaganda: Includes (but is not limited to) promotion of hate speech/slurs, harassment of certain groups, as well as the depiction of symbols like the swastika. (Swastika = Immediate blacklist.)☆ Illegal, immoral, sexual, or predatory acts upon children and/or animals. (Immediate blacklist.)☆ Exaggerated body morph intended as a fetish or kink, as well as the following fetishes; Babyfur, Littles, Diapers, Vore, Feet, Inflation, Futanari, Vomiting, MPreg, Body Hair, Gas.☆ Characters who are intended to be portrayed like children but in adult situations.
